Tony Barker interviews Joanna Flay, the presenter of the new Stage Talk monthly TV programme for amateur theatre that begins this coming Sunday, 1 May 2011, on Sky, Freesat and online.

We have a look at opportunities for writers with Organised Chaos and with the Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting, both of which have rapidly-approaching deadlines, and at amateur and professional productions in the region coming up during May.

We also have a brief look at the Library Theatre Company's sold-out site-specific production of Hard Times by Charles Dickens, to be performed at a former mill in Ancoats.
