The Theatre Show

The Theatre Show, 29 September 2011

Theatre Show regular Ray Gidley from Players Dramatic in Cheadle Hulme returns to tell us about the group's production of Zack by Harold Brighouse (who is more famous for having written Hobson's Choice) which opens this weekend.

The artistic director of the Octagon Theatre in Bolton David Thacker returns to his specialism of twentieth century American drama for Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf by Edward Albee, and we give you our thoughts on his new production.

We also have a look at the theatre-related events in the programme for the Manchester Literature Festival, which opens next month.
